Relief Mental Health expands psychiatry and SPRAVATO® services at Northbrook clinic

NORTHBROOK, Ill. — PRNewswire — Relief Mental Health, a leading outpatient provider of mental health treatment, is pleased to welcome Ana Deeter, PA-C, to its Northbrook, Ill., clinic.

Deeter, a licensed and board-certified physician assistant, will provide psychiatric services and SPRAVATO® (esketamine) treatment for adults.

With a clinical focus on obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Deeter specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions in adults. She offers both in-person and virtual medication management, which is the foundation of general psychiatric care. This includes evaluating symptoms, diagnosing conditions, prescribing and adjusting medications, and providing ongoing support to help patients manage depression, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, and more.

Medication management is a comprehensive and collaborative approach to psychiatric care. Deeter works closely with each patient to monitor progress and tailor treatment plans that fit their unique needs, history, and lifestyle—helping them achieve meaningful, long-term improvement in mental health.

In addition to psychiatry services, Deeter offers SPRAVATO® (esketamine)—an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. Unlike traditional antidepressants, SPRAVATO® can provide rapid relief for individuals who haven’t responded to other treatments.

Relief’s Northbrook clinic also offers transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), a noninvasive, FDA-cleared treatment that uses gentle magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. TMS is an effective, medication-free option for those with depression, OCD, and other diagnoses who haven’t found relief through medication alone. The clinic also provides individual therapy to support emotional well-being and personal growth.

Relief Mental Health is proud to be named the 2025 Emerging Business of the Year by the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce & Industry, recognizing its commitment to expanding access to innovative, evidence-based mental health care.

Ana Deeter is currently accepting new patients with immediate availability. To schedule an appointment, individuals can call 855.205.4764 or visit reliefmh.com.
