IVI RMA North America expands Southern California presence with acquisition of Reproductive Health and Wellness Center, Rise Fertility, and Halo Fertility from Global Premier Fertility
Leading Southern California clinics join Premier North American Fertility Network
BASKING RIDGE, N.J. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — IVI RMA North America, a leader in fertility care and assisted reproduction, Tuesday announced it completed the acquisition of three prominent Southern California-based fertility clinics from Global Premier Fertility: Reproductive Health and Wellness Center (RHWC), Rise Fertility and Halo Fertility. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
